急诊护理风险的原因及护理风险管理的实践与成效

The Causes of Emergency Nursing Risks and the Practice and Effectiveness of Nursing Risk Management

目的探讨分析对急诊护理风险的影响因素和开展护理风险管理的主要措施及效果。方法从医院选择2018年1—12月未开展急诊护理风险管理时诊治的100例患者作为参照组,选择2019年1月—2019年12月开展急诊护理风险管理诊治的100例患者作为护理组,其中参照组患者接受常规护理干预,护理组在此基础上开展急诊护理风险管理,分析讨论护理风险的原因,比较两组护理质量评分、差错事件发生率及护理满意度,探讨开展护理风险管理的效果。结果护理组护理质量评分为(97.89±1.42)分显著优于参照组(84.32±1.53)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=65.01,P<0.05);护理组差错发生率为1%显著低于参照组11%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.87,P<0.05);护理患者的护理总满意度为96%显著高于参照组80%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.12,P<0.05)。结论相较于未开展急诊护理风险管理,分析急诊护理风险的原因并对此开展护理风险管理能够有效提高急诊科的护理质量,降低发生护理差错的几率,并显著提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,对缓解护患关系、减少医疗纠纷的发生具有积极的作用,值得在临床中大力推广并应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the influencing factors of emergency nursing risk and the main measures and effects of nursing risk management.Methods 100 patients who were diagnosed and treated when emergency care risk management was not performed from January to December 2018 in the hospital were selected as the reference group,and 100 patients who were diagnosed and treated for emergency care risk management from January to December 2019 were selected.Patients were used as a nursing group,where the reference group received routine nursing intervention,the nursing group carried out emergency nursing risk management on this basis,analyzed and discussed the causes of nursing risk,compared the nursing quality score,the incidence of error events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups,and discussed The effect of carrying out nursing risk management.Results The nursing quality score of the nursing group was(97.89±1.42)point,which was significantly better than that of the reference group(84.32±1.53)points, the difference was statistically significant (t =65.01, P < 0.05);the error rate of the patients in the nursing group was 1% Significantly lower than the reference group by 11%, the difference was statistically significant ( χ^(2)=8.87, P < 0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of nursing patients was 96%, significantly higher than that of the reference group by 80%, the difference was statistically significant ( χ^(2)=12.12, P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with not carrying out emergency nursing risk management, analyzing the causes of emergency nursing risk and carrying out nursing risk management can effectively improve the quality of care in the emergency department, reduce the chance of nursing errors, and significantly increase patient satisfaction with nursing, it has a positive effect on alleviating the relationship between nurses and patients and reducing the occurrence of medical disputes, and it is worth vigorously promoting and applying in clinical practice.
