护理安全管理路径在老年患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Safety Management Path in Elderly Care

目的探讨护理安全管理路径在老年患者护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2018年5月—2019年8月医院内老年患者800例,依据治疗方法分为管理路径组(n=400)和非管理路径组(n=400)两组,统计分析两组患者的意外发生情况。结果管理路径组患者的摔倒、褥疮发生率均显著低于非管理路径组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理路径组患者中十分满意的有200例,比较满意的有184例,不满意的有16例,护理满意度为96.0%(384/400)非管理路径组患者中十分满意的有184例,比较满意的有152例,不满意的有64例,护理满意度为84.0%(336/400)。前者显著高于后者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理安全管理路径在老年患者护理中的应用效果好。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing safety management path in elderly patients'nursing.Methods A total of 800 cases of elderly patients in the hospital from May 2018 to August 2019 were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:management path group(n=400)and non management path group(n=400).The occurrences of accidents of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The incidences of falls,bedsore in the management path group were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the management pathway group,200 patients were very satisfied,184 patients were relatively satisfied,16 patients were not satisfied,and the nursing satisfaction was 96.0%(384/400);in the non management pathway group,184 patients were very satisfied,152 patients were relatively satisfied,64 patients were not satisfied,and the nursing satisfaction was 84.0%(336/400).The former was significantly higher than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of nursing safety management pathway in elderly patients is good.
