摘要
将行为安全“2-4”模型应用于变电作业现场,剖析各因素具体内涵及相互之间的关系,利用具体实例加以分析说明。在此基础之上,针对无人值守变电作业现场的特点,提出安全管控环节及管控流程的新思路,并对实现方式进行探讨。文章旨在控制无人值守变电作业现场“不安全行为”与“不安全物态”,提升变电站本质安全水平。
The behavioral safety″2-4″model is applied to the substation operation site to analyze the specific connotation of various factors and the relationship between each other with specific examples.On this basis,new ideas of safety management and control and its procedures are proposed in view of the characteristics of unattended substation operation sites,and the implementation methods are also discussed.This paper aims to control the″unsafe behavior″and″unsafe state of matter″at unattended substation operation sites,and improve the intrinsic safety level of the substations.
