摘要
介绍了一起因发电机失磁故障导致的非停事故案例,内容包括现场检查、事故原因分析、处理结果及建议等。通过现场分析,此次故障的原因是主励磁机正极的三只碳刷与滑环出现接触不良,导致机组运行中励磁机励磁回路开路,励磁机至发电机转子无输出电流,最终导致发电机失磁,致使机组非停。文中也给出了下一步工作建议,供同类电厂借鉴。
This paper introduces a case of non-stop failure caused by generator loss of excitation,including on-site inspection,cause analysis,treatment results and suggestions.According to the on-site analysis,the reason for this failure is the poor contact between the three carbon brushes at the positive pole of the main exciter and the slip ring outlet,resulting in the open circuit of the excitation circuit of the exciter in the unit operation and no output current from the exciter to the generator rotor,which eventually leads to the loss of excitation of the generator and the unit non-stop.This paper also gives suggestions for the following work,which can also be reference for similar power plants.
