摘要
随着电网的规模日益扩大,电力调度控制中心必须加强技术手段确保大电网安全经济运行。针对调度值班期间需要监视和查阅大量业务数据、调度及变电运行人员身份和资格缺少必要的安全认证、调度指令缺少技术监护和有效的安全校核手段、按业务重要性来区分各个电话优先级的程度不高等问题,通过语音识别、语义理解等人工智能技术,建设调控辅助机器人平台,开展智能语音交互技术在新一代调度系统中的应用研究,便于调度员全面、直观地感知电网信息,以提升安徽省调的工作效率与智能化水平。
As the scale of the power grid expands,the power dispatching control center must strengthen technical means to ensure safe and economic operation of the large power grid.In view of the need to monitor and consult a large number of data during the duty period and to solve such problems as lack of security certification of personnel identity and qualification,lack of effective means of checking instructions and poor ability to prioritize telephones with importance,artificial intelligence technologies such as speech recognition and semantic understanding are applied and assistance robots for regulation and control are built to conduct research on the application of intelligent voice interaction technology in the new generation of dispatching systems,so that the staff can fully and directly perceive power grid information and the work efficiency and intelligence level can be improved.
