摘要
以大果山楂皮为原料,采用微波辅助法提取大果山楂皮多酚,考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、微波功率和微波时间对大果山楂皮多酚提取量的影响,在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验,确定大果山楂皮多酚的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:微波辅助提取大果山楂皮多酚的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数50%、料液比1∶60(g/m L)、微波功率280 W、微波时间40 min,在该工艺条件下,大果山楂皮多酚提取量为43.81 mg/g。
Using Malus domeri( Bois) Chev. peel as raw material,microwave assisted method was used to extract the polyphenols from Malus domeri( Bois) Chev. peel. The effects of ethanol volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio,microwave power and microwave time on the amount of polyphenols extracted from Malus domeri( Bois) Chev. peel were investigated. Based on the single factor experiment,the orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal extraction conditions of polyphenols from Malus domeri( Bois) Chev. peel. The results showed that the optimum microwave assisted extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol volume fraction 50 %,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 60( g/m L),microwave power 280 W and microwave time 40 min. Under these conditions,the amount of polyphenols extracted from Malus domeri( Bois) Chev. peel was 43. 81 mg/g.
