摘要
近年来,我国在医学教育体制上进行了改革,将医学专业型研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训合并实施,目的是通过更为系统的临床技能与科研能力培训培养出能适应当今医疗环境的高层次人才。文章梳理总结了改革的主要内容,通过对医学影像学专业型硕士研究生教育进行分析和讨论,提出了PBL教学新模式有助于拓展和延伸学生学习的时间和空间,有望成为当前医学教育过程中的重要教学方法。
In recent years,China has reformed medical education system,combining medical postgraduate education with standardized training for residents,aiming at training high-level talents who can adapt to today's medical environment through more systematic training of clinical skills and scientific research ability.In this paper,the main contents of the reform are summarized,through the analysis and discussion of the postgraduate education of medical imaging specialty,it is proposed that the PBL teaching mode is helpful to expand and extend the time and space of students'study.It is expected to become an important teaching method in the current medical education process.
