探讨三明治教学改革在肿瘤内科研究生教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究肿瘤内科研究生教学中三明治教学改革的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月-2019年8月医院肿瘤内科的53名研究生为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,分别为26例、27例。对照组行常规带教,观察组行三明治教学改革,对比两组考试成绩、教学满意度及教学效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组客观题、病例分析题和总分值均更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较(73.08%),观察组(96.30%)教学总满意率更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组学习态度提升、学习能力提升、团队合作提升及创新精神提升比例均更高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤内科研究生教学中应用三明治教学改革,可有效提高学生知识技能掌握程度,增强教学效果。 Objective To study the application effect of sandwich teaching reform in postgraduate teaching of oncology.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,53 graduate students in the department of oncology of our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,26 cases and 27 cases respectively.The control group was given routine teaching,and the observation group was given sandwich teaching reform.Results Compared with the control group,the objective questions,case analysis questions and total scores of the observation group were higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group(73.08%),the total satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.30%)was higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the proportion of learning attitude improvement,learning ability improvement,team cooperation improvement and innovation spirit improvement of the observation group was higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Sandwich teaching reform can effectively improve the students'knowledge and skills,and enhance the teaching effect.
