情景模拟教学在住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究在住院医师规范化急救技能培训中采用情景模拟法的教学效果。方法选取在我临床技能中心进行培训的100例住院规培医师作为本次研究对象,患者选取时间为2019年7月—2020年1月,基于教学方法的不同分为常规教学组与情景模拟教学组,教学项目均选择心肺复苏术与电除颤术,教学完成后,对比两组规培医师接受规培前后的技能考核成绩与教学满意度。结果教学结束后,两组规培医师技能考核成绩较接受规培前均明显上升(P<0.05),而两组规培医师技能考核成绩接受规培前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学完成后,情景模拟教学组的规培医师成绩明显优于常规教学组(P < 0.05);而在两组的教学满意度方面,情景模 拟教学组的规培医师教学满意度明显优于常规教学组(P < 0.05)。结论 在住院医师规范化急救技能培训中采用 情景模拟法相对于常规教学方法而言,能够有效地提 高规培医师的专业技能水平,增加其规培效果与教学 满意度。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of using scenario simulation in standardized first aid skills training for residents.Methods 100 inpatient regular training physicians trained in our clinical skills center were selected as the research objects.The patients were selected from July 2019 to January 2020.Based on the different teaching methods,they were divided into conventional teaching group and scenario simulation.In the teaching group,cardiopulmonary resuscitation and defibrillation were selected as the teaching items.After the teaching was completed,the skills assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of regular training doctors before and after the training were compared.Results After the teaching,the skill assessment scores of the two groups of regular training doctors were significantly higher than those before the regular training(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the skill assessment scores of the two groups of regular training doctors before the regular training(P>0.05),after the completion of the teaching,the performance of the planned training doctors in the situational simulation teaching group was significantly better than that of the conventional teaching group(P<0.05);and in terms of the teaching satisfaction of the two groups,the teaching satisfaction of the planned training doctors in the situational simulation teaching group was significantly better than that of the conventional teaching group routine teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional teaching methods,the scenario simulation method used in standardized first aid skills training for residents can effectively increase the professional skill level of the planned training doctors,and increase the training effect and teaching satisfaction.
