摘要
目的描述部分高校护理教师的循证护理能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用《循证护理能力评定量表》对4所开设护理本科专业的院校部分教师进行问卷调查。结果4所高校59名护理教师循证护理能力总均分为(63.80±15.85)分,得分比率为69.3%,参与过循证护理相关培训的34人循证护理能力得分为(71.91±13.94)分。高校护理教师的学历(F=6.438,P<0.01)、是否参与循证护理培训(F=32.439,P<0.01)是影响其循证护理能力得分的主要因素。结论高校护理教师具备一定的循证护理能力,但有待进一步提升,开展循证护理培训能够提高其循证护理能力,但尤其应侧重于证据的应用与传播。
Objective To describe the evidence-based nursing competences of nursing faculty in universities and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among some teachers in 4 colleges offering undergraduate nursing majors by using the Evidence-based Nursing Competency Rating Scale.Results The average score was(63.80±15.85)points,the score rating was 69.3%.The score of evidence-based nursing ability of 34 people who participated in evidence-based nursing related training was(71.91±13.94)points.The educational background of nursing teachers in colleges and universities(F=6.438,P<0.01)and whether they participate in evidence-based nursing training(F=32.439,P<0.01)were the main factors affecting their score of evidence-based nursing ability.Conclusion evidence-based nursing competency among nursing faculty in universities is poor and needs to be further improved.Comprehensive evidence-based nursing training should be implemented,especially about the ability of evidence dissemination and utilization.Comprehensive is needed to improve the ability of evidence-based nursing.
