The standardized training system for cardiovascular specialists is an important way to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of cardiovascular doctors.With the accelerated development of digitization of clinical teaching and management,it has paid more attention to the use of digital tools and process management in standardized training of cardiovascular specialists.Digital technology makes teaching update fast,extensive,professional,convenient,efficient,shared and independent,but it needs meticulous supervision to ensure teaching quality.The teaching secretary plays an important role in teaching management and teaching quality control.This paper discusses how to improve the quality of teaching secretaries by analyzing the opportunities and challenges brought by digital clinical teaching to the training of cardiovascular disease teaching secretaries.It is found that improving digital ability and strengthening the ability of information analysis and processing make the teaching secretary can better promote the implementation of modern teaching management,promote the deepening reform of digital education,and effectively improve the teaching quality and the comprehensive ability of specialized doctors.Specialized and stable teaching secretaries can accumulate experience in teaching design and course construction,guarantee continuous improvement and optimization of teaching,and provide a strong guarantee for standardized training of specialists.
