加强间质性肺病教学的思考与方法

摘要 间质性肺病的病种繁多、病因复杂,患病率、发病率逐年升高,同时,间质性肺病存在诊断、治疗困难。长期以来,呼吸系统疾病教学中忽视间质性肺病的教学,以致多数呼吸专科医师缺乏相关知识。文章探讨在医学教育中加强和改进间质性肺病教学的思考,并提出具体的教学途径与方法,包括新增间质性肺病教学大纲,采用多种教学方法,重点分析讲授教学法、团队教学法、问题导向教学法、病例导向教学法、多学科诊疗教学法以及联合教学法的教学方法、适用对象和优缺点,以期为开展间质性肺病的教学提供参考,从而促进呼吸病学专业人员的全面发展,提高综合素质。 Interstitial lung diseases(ILD)have a wide range of diseases and are complex in aetiology.The prevalence and incidence of ILD are increasing,while the diagnosis and treatment of ILD are difficult.Due to the neglect of the learning of ILD in the learning of respiratory diseases,most respiratory physicians are short of ILD knowledge.The paper discusses the reflect on strengthening and improving the learning of ILD during medical education,and proposes the detailed methods and ways of learning,including the addition of ILD syllabus and use of multiple learning methods,and particularly analyzes the learning protocol,advantage,disadvantage,application of lecture-based learning,team-based learning,problem-based learning,case-based learning,multidisciplinary team-based learning and combined learning,so as to provide a reference for the implementation of ILD learning,and then promote the full development and improve the comprehensive quality in respiratory medicine professionals.
