乳酸菌阴道胶囊对阴道炎患者疗效及预后的影响

The Effect of Lactic Acid Bacteria Vaginal Capsule on the Efficacy and Prognosis of Patients With Vaginitis

目的对阴道炎患者应用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的效果及随访3个月的复发情况进行分析。方法选取2019年1月—2020年3月间收治的阴道炎患者共102例,将其随机分组,观察组51例患者,对照组51例患者,分别实施不同治疗方案,依次为乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗和常规治疗,对比两组疗效及复发情况。结果观察组治愈者、有效者分别占23例、27例,对照组治愈者、有效者分别占11例、30例,治疗总有效率分别为98.04%、80.39%,随访3个月后的复发率,观察组、对照组分别为3.92%、27.45%,两组数据比较,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对阴道炎患者进行治疗时,为了提升总体疗效,同时降低后期复发率,采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊的治疗效果较好。

Objective To analyze the effect of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule treatment on patients with vaginitis and the recurrence after 3 months of follow-up.Methods A total of 102 patients with vaginitis admitted from January 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into 51 patients in the observation group and 51 patients in the control group.They were treated with different treatment plans,followed by lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule treatment and conventional treatment.The efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The cured and effective cases in the observation group accounted for 23 cases and 27 cases,respectively.The cured and effective cases in the control group accounted for 11 cases and 30 cases,respectively.The total effective rate of treatment was 98.04%and 80.39%,and the recurrence after 3 months of follow-up rate,the observation group and the control group were 3.92%and 27.45%respectively.Compared with the data of the two groups,the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of vaginitis patients,in order to improve the overall efficacy and at the same time reduce the late relapse rate,the treatment effect of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule is better.
