犬咬伤患者的急诊处理与换药护理措施

Emergency Treatment and Dressing Change Nursing Measures of Dog Bite Patients

目的分析犬咬伤患者的急诊处理方法以及换药期间的护理措施,为急诊犬咬伤患者护理工作提供参考。方法选择医院收治的60例犬咬伤患者,均接受伤口处理与临床护理,分析急诊处理方法以及换药护理干预方案、效果,评价护理干预期间患者的心理状况与治疗效果、满意度、狂犬疫苗接种知识掌握度。结果60例犬咬伤患者的治疗总有效率为100%、护理满意度为100%、狂犬疫苗接种知识掌握度为98.33%。另外,护理后比较护理前患者负性情绪SAS、SDS评分改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论犬咬伤患者入院后给予伤口处理、狂犬疫苗接种的同时进行积极护理干预,可以提高患者治疗效果、狂犬疫苗接种知识掌握度、稳定患者的情绪,满足患者护理需求。

Objective To analyze the emergency treatment methods of dog bite patients and the nursing measures during dressing change,so as to provide reference for the nursing work of emergency dog bite patients.Methods 60 cases of dog bites in our hospital were selected to receive wound treatment and clinical nursing.The methods of emergency treatment,the scheme and effect of dressing change nursing intervention were analyzed,and the psychological status,therapeutic effect,satisfaction and rabies vaccination knowledge of patients during the nursing intervention were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 100%,nursing satisfaction was 100%,and rabies vaccination knowledge was 98.33%.In addition,the scores of SAS and SDS of negative emotions of patients before and after nursing were improved,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Active nursing intervention can improve the effect of treatment,master the knowledge of rabies vaccination,stabilize the emotion of patients and meet the needs of patients.
