以幼儿发展评价助推教师专业自主发展 被引量:4

摘要 传统教师专业发展模式对教师的个性化专业发展需求照顾不足,同时缺乏灵活性和便捷性,无法准确把握教师专业发展的前沿和紧迫问题。随着教育实践情境日趋复杂,自主学习与发展是教师适应时代发展的必然要求。幼儿发展评价可以为教师专业自主发展提供现实动力与事实依据,促使教师不断反思与完善。开展幼儿发展评价的过程也是教师专业自主发展的过程,借此过程,教师的观察与记录能力、分析与判断能力、理论思维与运用能力、研究与行动能力等都会得到全面的提升。 Traditional profession development mode is not helpful to realize kindergarten teachers’independent development that is one of the basic requirements of the times for kindergarten teachers.Evaluation on children’s development provides a practical field for kindergarten teachers to reflect constantly on their own teaching process and actively seek for improvement in educational concepts,professional knowledge,teaching methods and research ability.Teachers should strengthen the self-motivation and willingness of professional development in the process of evaluating children’s early development,develop the ability to observe,record,analyze and reflect throughout the evaluation process,and improve their own thinking quality,theoretical literacy and education ability.
