采用磁场调制技术的高转矩密度永磁交流伺服电机 被引量:1

摘要 伺服电机是工业机器人中的核心部件。不同于一般的伺服电机,机器人伺服电机必须具有动态响应快、起动转矩高、转矩惯量比大、调速范围宽等特点。同时要适应机器人的尺寸,做到体积小、重量轻、短时过载能力强。目前国内在高端伺服领域仍存在空白,难以实现高转矩密度、紧凑化设计。本文针对这一问题,提出了一种将磁场调制效应与集中绕组电机相结合的设计方法,以日本安川SGM7系列电机性能作为对标指标,设计并加工了一款样机,通过仿真和实验证明了所设计的电机具有更高的效率、更高的功率因素和更好的过载能力。 Servo motors are the core components of industrial robots.Different from the general servo motor,the robot servo motor must have fast response,high starting torque,large dynamic torque to inertia ratio,and wide speed range.At the same time,it must be small enough to adapt to the shape of the robot,light in weight,and high in short-term overload.At present,there is still a gap in the high performance servo field in China.It is difficult to achieve high torque density and compact design.Aiming at this technological gap,this paper proposed a design method combining the magnetic flux modulation with the concentrated winding motor.Taking Japan’s Yaskawa SGM7 series motors as a benchmark case,a prototype was designed and optimized.Through simulation and experiments,it is proved that the motor under this design method has higher efficiency,higher power factor and better overload capacity.
