摘要 分析永磁风力发电机绕组分布参数对电机内部过电压分布的影响,对绕组绝缘设计具有重要意义。针对永磁风力发电机定子绕组的结构特点,利用有限元分析软件建立定子槽模型并计算其分布参数。对来自变流器的陡上升沿高频脉冲电压作用下的定子绕组过电压分布特性进行仿真分析,研究绕组分布参数对匝间过电压分布的影响,并讨论改变分布参数对优化过电压分布的效果。通过对绕组分布参数的研究,提出改善绕组过电压不均匀分布的初步措施。 Analyzing the influence of permanent magnet wind generator winding distribution parameters on the internal over-voltage of the motor winding to design winding insulation importantly.According to the structure characteristics of stator windings of permanent magnet wind generator,finite element analysis software was used to establish a stator slot model and calculate distribution parameters.The voltage distribution characteristics of stator winding under pulse voltage with steep rise were simulated,the influence of distribution parameters on voltage distribution was studied,and the effect of over-voltage distribution optimization by changing distribution parameters was analyzed.Based on the study of winding voltage distribution characteristics,proposed the preliminary measures to improve the uneven distribution of winding overvoltage.
