摘要
针对变频空调压缩机电机低阶径向电磁力引起的电磁噪声问题,以某4极24槽永磁同步电机为研究对象,提取和处理径向电磁力,并对电机定子组件进行模态仿真,最后利用模态叠加法计算电磁振动、边界元法计算声辐射。本文新采用特殊材质隔声罩对非电机声源进行隔绝,同时提出一种新型转子辅助槽电机结构方案。与原方案电机的电磁力、振动及噪声进行仿真与测试对比分析,结果表明,新型转子结构能够有效改善电机4阶电磁噪声问题,分析过程对电机振动与噪声的正向设计优化具有重要的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the electromagnetic noise caused by the low-order radial electromagnetic force of the motor of the variable frequency air conditioning compressor,taking a 4-pole 24-slot permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object,the radial electromagnetic force was extracted and processed,and the modal simulation of the motor stator assembly was carried out.Finally,the modal superposition method was used to calculate the electromagnetic vibration and the boundary element method to calculate the acoustic radiation.In this paper,a special material sound insulation cover was used to isolate the non-motor sound source,and a new structure scheme with auxiliary slot rotor was proposed.Compared with the electromagnetic force,vibration and noise of between the original scheme,the results show that the new rotor structure can effectively improve the fourth-order electromagnetic noise of the motor.The analysis process has important reference significance for the forward design and optimization of motor vibration and noise.
