摘要
通过多物理场分析方法对电驱系统NVH问题进行识别,对某动力总成NVH问题根因进行定位,并借助遗传算法对电驱系统NVH问题进行优化。阐述了在进行电驱系统NVH问题优化时,目标选择、参数选择、约束条件制定的基本原理。优化方法能显著降低电驱系统的电磁噪声,研究方法为电驱系统NVH问题分析优化提供了一种有效思路。
Multi-physics analysis method was used to identify the NVH problem of the electric drive system,and root causes of the powertrain NVH problem was located.With the help of genetic algorithm,NVH problem of the electric drive system was optimized.Basic principles for target selection,parameter selection,and constraint conditions when optimizing the NVH problem of the electric drive system were illustrated.The optimization method can significantly reduce the electromagnetic noise of the electric drive system.The research method provides a new idea for the analysis and optimization of the NVH problem of the electric drive system.
