摘要 开关磁阻电机由于其具有结构简单、可靠性高、调速范围宽等优点,在多种场合如新能源汽车以及家用电器等领域内得到应用和发展。本文以直驱型宽转速调速的多功能食品料理机为研究对象,结合开关磁阻电机特性及机械运动方程,建立系统仿真模型,利用自抗扰控制设计了开关磁阻电机宽转速稳定的调速系统,验证自抗扰系统能更好地抑制外部负载变化引起的扰动影响,并且具有更好的动态响应及稳态性能。最后对一台四相8/6开关磁阻电机进行实验,结果表明自抗扰控制可以有效控制电机的转速和转矩,在宽转速范围变工况条件具有优良控制性能。 Switched reluctance motor has been applied and developed in many fields such as new energy vehicles and household appliances because of its simple structure,high reliability and wide speed range.This paper designed the speed control system of wide-speedand direct-driven switched reluctance motor for food processing machine by using the principle of active disturbance rejection control,combined with the characteristics of switched reluctance motor and mechanical motion equation.The system simulation model was established to verify that the system can better suppress the disturbance caused by external load changes,and has better dynamic response and steady-state performance.Finally,a four phase 8/6 switched reluctance motor was tested.The result shows that ADRC can effectively control the speed and torque of the motor,and has excellent control performance in a wide range of speed and variable working conditions.
