新时期我国学前儿童入园难入园贵问题探析

新时期我国学前儿童入园难入园贵问题主要表现为上公办园难和上民办园贵,主要原因在于公办园数量少,民办园质量偏低;城市幼儿园数量不足,农村幼儿园供大于求;公办性质幼儿园难以扩大办园规模;等等。在基本解决广大学前儿童有园上的问题后,应进一步努力为他们提供优质且价格合理的学前教育服务。为此,政府应加大优质学前教育资源供给,进一步优化幼儿园的布局和办园结构;不断强化对幼儿园的监督和管理,稳步提升幼儿园保育教育质量;不断加强幼儿园师资队伍建设,持续提升幼儿园教师队伍的稳定性和专业素养。

In the new period,it is difficult for preschool children to attend public kindergartens and expensive to attend private kindergartens.Behind these problems is the insufficiency and unreasonable allocation of high-quality preschool education resources.In order to provide the majority of preschool children with high quality and low price preschool education services,the government should increase the supply and rationalize the allocation of high-quality preschool education resources,strengthen the supervision and management of kindergartens and the construction of kindergarten teachers to improve the quality of preschool education.
