高校思想政治教育传统与创新方法对比研究

Comparative Study on Traditional and Innovative Methods of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges

思想政治教育是高校提高办学质量的指南针,是高校优化教育环境的晴雨表,是高校坚定文化自信的定心丸,也是高校落实人才战略的助推器。高校作为思想政治建设的最前沿阵地,在国内外局势复杂多变的背景下,更加要全面加强大学生的思想政治教育,从根本上保证其沿着正确的方向发展,进而确保其为党和国家培养符合新时代中国特色社会主义要求的接班人和建设者。以兰州石化职业技术学院为例,通过实地走访,随机抽选了一百名大学生进行了现场提问和问卷调查,对比分析了学校思想政治教育的传统与创新方法,从而总结得出若干思想政治教育方法反思。总之:在新时代背景下,高校思想政治教育方法要自觉坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,树立“以人为本”的教育观,努力培养全面发展的社会主义新人。

Ideological and Political Education is the compass of improving the quality of running school,the barometer of optimizing the educational environment,the assurance of firm cultural self-confidence and the booster of implementing talent strategy.As the forward position of ideological and political construction,schools should strengthen the ideological and political education of college students in an all-round way under the background of complicated and changeable situations at home and abroad,so as to fundamentally ensure its development in the right direction and ensure that the Party and the country to train successors and builders in line with the new era.Taking Lanzhou Petrochemical Polytechnic as Examples,through on-the-spot visits,100 college students were randomly selected to carry out on-the-spot questions and questionnaires,and the traditional and innovative methods of ideological and political education in the school were compared and analyzed,therefore,we can conclude some reflections on the methods of ideological and Political Education.In general:the methods of ideological and political education in colleges should consciously adhere to the guiding ideology of China’s special socialism in the new era of Xi Jinping,and set up the educational concept of“people foremost”,striving to train new Socialists with all-round development.
