摘要
由于扩招生源的人员结构复杂、知识结构层次不齐,学习需求复杂多样,学习态度差异明显等现实困境,如何有效达成教学目标,为高质量优质教学带来挑战。从搭建信息化教学平台、构建“校企”育人质量体系、建立动态质量检测机制、建设学分银行等举措有效保障教学质量,实现优质教学,为社会培养高质量人才。
Due to the complex personnel structure,uneven knowledge structure,complex and diverse learning needs,and obvious differences in learning attitude,it brings challenges to how to effectively achieve high-quality teaching objectives.In this paper,it discussed how to achieve teaching and cultivate talents with measures guarantee such as the construction of information-based teaching platform,the construction of“school enterprise”education quality system,the establishment of dynamic quality detection mechanism and the construction of credit bank.
