摘要
长输管道的安全运营与环焊缝焊接质量息息相关,合适的焊接技术与检测方法是确保焊接质量的关键。长输管道环焊缝焊接技术经历了手工电弧焊、半自动焊、全自动焊的发展历程,管道环焊缝缺欠的检测技术主要有渗透检测法、磁粉检测法、X射线照相法、超声波检测法等。阐述了当前长输管道环焊缝焊接所涉及的焊接与检测技术的特点,并对长输管道未来焊接与检测技术的发展进行了简要介绍。
The safe operation of long distance pipeline is closely related to the girth weld welding quality.Appropriate welding technology and testing methods are the key to ensure the welding quality.The girth weld welding technology of long distance pipeline has experienced the development steps of manual arc welding,semi-automatic welding and fully automatic welding.The testing technology of girth weld defects of pipeline mainly includes penetrant testing method,magnetic particle testing method,X-ray photography method,ultrasonic testing method,etc.This paper introduces the characteristics of welding and testing technology involved in girth weld welding of long distance pipeline,and briefly introduces the future development of welding and testing technology of long distance pipeline.
