摘要
海底管道不平整度分析是根据海底管道自由悬跨分析结果,研究海底管道铺设在不平整的海床后形成的自由悬跨,并对自由悬跨长度、悬跨高度及自由悬跨产生的应力进行校核,判断其是否满足规范要求。针对沙波沙脊段海底管道安装方法开展研究,提出了海底管道最大允许悬跨分析与不平整度分析方法,并结合工程实例,对穿越沙波沙脊段的海底管道开展了不平整度分析,根据分析结果提出了海床预处理方法。研究成果对今后类似海底管道开展不平整度分析具有参考意义。
Based on the analysis results of the free span of offshore pipeline,the bottom roughness analysis of offshore pipeline refers to the study of the free span of offshore pipeline which is laid on the uneven seabed,and the checks of the length,gap and stress of the free span of offshore pipeline to determine whether it meets the specification requirements.This paper studies the installation method of offshore pipeline laid on sand wave seabed,puts forward the analysis method of maximum allowable free span and the analysis method of seabed unevenness.Combined with an engineering example,the bottom roughness analysis of offshore pipeline crossing the sand wave seabed was carried out,and according to the analysis results,the seabed pretreatment scheme was recommended.The research results of this paper have reference significance for the future bottom roughness analysis of offshore pipelines.
