悬链式单点系泊系统吊装设计及稳性分析

摘要 悬链式单点系泊系统主要由浮筒、漂浮软管、水下软管、水下管汇平台、系泊缆、锚泊系统等构成。其中核心部件浮筒和水下管汇平台属于超大超重、高价值且易损设备,建造周期长。相关设备涉及装船、海运、卸船、安装等众多相关环节,不同环节衔接难度大,如发生事故对于整个项目建设影响重大,并将造成重大损失。通过对悬链式单点系泊系统核心部件浮筒、水下管汇平台的吊装方案设计和起重船稳性进行分析,从而确定单点系泊系统吊装方案,提高单点系泊系统吊装施工安全性。 The CALM is mainly composed of buoy,floating hose,submarine hose,PLEM,hawsers and mooring system.Among them,the buoy and PLEM as the core components are super-large,overweight,high-price and vulnerable equipment,and have a long construction period.Related equipment is involved in many related links such as loading,shipping,unloading and installation.It is difficult to connect different links.In case of an accident,it has a major impact on the construction of the whole project,causing major losses.By analyzing the design of the hoisting schemes of the buoy and PLEM of the CALM system as well as the stability analysis of the lifting vessel,the hoisting scheme of the CALM system is determined and the safety of the hoisting construction of the CALM system is improved.
