摘要
TEG是一种半导体温差发电器,利用温差产生电能,具有无运动部件、稳定性高、绿色无污染等优点,采用TEG设备对长输管道进行阴极保护,具有对生态环境无破坏、安全系数高、施工成本低等特点。结合孟加拉茹普莎800 MW电厂管道工程项目,首先简要介绍了TEG阴极保护工艺的特点、适用范围和TEG的工作原理;而后详细介绍了TEG阴极保护施工工艺流程及要点、施工质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工环保措施等;最后较为详尽地分析了采用TEG进行阴极保护的建设效益。
TEG(Thermo Electric Generator)is a semiconductor thermoelectric generator,which uses temperature difference to generate electric energy.TEG has the advantages of no moving parts,high stability,green and pollution-free.Using TEG equipment to carry out cathodic protection for long distance pipeline has the characteristics of no damage to the ecological environment,high safety factor,low construction cost and so on.Combined with the pipeline project of Rupsha 800 MW Power Plant in Bangladesh,this paper firstly briefly introduces the characteristics,application range and working principle of TEG cathodic protection process.Then it detailed introduces the TEG cathodic protection construction process and key points,construction quality assurance measures,safety and civilized construction measures,construction environmental protection measures and so on.Finally,it analyzes the construction benefit of TEG cathodic protection in detail.
