摘要
EPC项目在推进过程中会面临诸多风险,企业必须在投资及项目管理方面积极做好风险防范。首先对国际EPC项目的风险进行了概述;其次重点介绍了项目风险管理定义与一般流程、风险识别方法、风险评价方法、风险评价指标、项目风险量化评估、风险应对措施的种类、风险监控过程等;最后指出:国际工程建设EPC项目在实施过程中会遇到多种风险,项目管理者要能够对风险做出准确的识别与评价,并对风险进行有效管理和控制,从而使风险的影响程度降到最低。
EPC projects will face many risks in the process of promotion,enterprises must actively prevent risks in investment and project management.Firstly,this paper summarizes the risks of international EPC projects.Secondly,it mainly introduces the definition and general process of project risk management,risk identification methods,risk evaluation methods,risk evaluation indexes,quantitative assessment of project risks,types of risk response measures,risk monitoring process,etc.Finally,it points out that the international engineering construction EPC projects will encounter a variety of risks in the process of implementation,and the project manager should be able to accurately identify and evaluate the risks,and effectively manage and control the risks,so as to minimize the risk impact.
