在国际总承包工程市场上,承包商通过实施分包可以充分使用和优化国际项目属地可利用的执行资源,充分提升海外施工企业综合国际竞争力。然而,实施分包策略同样存在风险,如果工程分包合同管理不善,就会给承包商自身带来极大的履约风险。因此,如何有效防范国际工程分包合同风险,一直是国际工程项目管理需要解决的难题。创新应用“ABCD”原则,探讨了承包商在国际工程分包合同管理过程中对于风险的识别、应对和控制,旨在提升海外施工企业的项目管理水平。

In the international contracting market,the contractor can fully use and optimize the execution resources available in the international local market through subcontracting,and fully enhance the comprehensive international competitiveness of overseas construction enterprises.However,the implementation of subcontracting strategy also has risks.If the subcontract are not well managed,it will bring great performance risks to the contractor itself.Therefore,how to prevent the risk of international project subcontract effectively is always a difficult problem needing international project management to solve.In order to improve the project management level of overseas construction enterprises,the"ABCD"principle is innovatively applied and the risk identification,coping and control of the contractor in the process of international project subcontract management are discussed.
