孟加拉单点系泊及双线管道安装工程涉及专业复杂,新工法、新工艺应用较多,质量控制难度大。首先简要介绍质量管理总体思路;其次较为详细地论述了质量管理组织机构、质量管理体系的建立健全;其三阐述了制定防控措施以强化质量风险管控、落实三检制以加强计量器具管理、持续开展质量交底和培训、强化分包队伍质量管理、开展质量管理提升活动、加强不合格品管理等管理措施;最后指出了设计过程、采购过程、施工过程中质量控制的重点。工程实践表明,通过实施上述质量管理措施,并对质量管控关键点进行重点控制,项目的质量管理工作取得良好效果。

Bangladesh Installation of Single Point Mooring(SPM)with Double Pipe Line Project involves professional complexity,new construction process,more procedure applications and quality control difficulty.Firstly,the general idea of quality management is briefly introduced.Secondly,the establishment and perfection of quality management organization and quality management system are discussed in detail.Thirdly,the management measures are elaborated,such as making prevention and control measures to strengthen quality risk control,implementing“three inspections”to strengthen the management of measuring instruments,continuously carrying out quality requirement explanation and training,strengthening the quality management of subcontracting teams,carrying out quality management promotion activities,and strengthening the management of unqualified products.Finally,it points out the key points of quality control in the design process,procurement process and construction process.The engineering practice shows that through the implementation of the above-mentioned project quality management measures and key points of quality control,the quality management of the project has achieved good results.
