摘要
项目签约生效后,随着各项工作逐步全面开展,必将面临资金管理方面的挑战。为了确保项目顺利推进,要做好成本控制,以降低资金压力。基于此,对EPC项目资金管理的重要性、施工项目费用管理面临的挑战以及费用管理与控制的主要措施进行了分析。
With the signing and entry into force of the project,all kinds of work are gradually carried out in an all-round way,which will face the challenge of capital management.In order to ensure smooth progress of the project,the cost must be controlled to reduce the capital pressure.Based on this,this paper analyzes the importance of capital management of EPC project,the new challenges of construction project cost management and the main measures of cost management and control.
