摘要
随着我国“一带一路”政策的国际影响力不断提高,吸引了全球越来越多的关注,我国同世界各国的合作不断加深,在海外投资建设项目逐年增多,诸多项目均采用EPC即设计、采办和施工的总承包管理模式。在国际EPC项目中物资采购是工程能否顺利实施的重要环节,而物资采购质量不仅对EPC项目投产运行有着重要影响,而且还影响着项目的利润和国内企业在海外的品牌效应。以孟加拉单点系泊及双线管道EPC项目为例,对项目采办质量管理进行分析,给出了EPC项目采购质量控制的几项具体措施,以期为其他同类项目提供参考。
As the international influence of China's“The Belt and Road Initiative”policy continues to increase and attract more and more attention all over the world,China's cooperation with other countries in the world deepens constantly,and the quantity of overseas investment and construction projects has increased year by year.Many projects have adopted EPC management mode,i.e.general contracting of design,procurement and construction.In international EPC project,material procurement is an important part of smooth implementation of the project,and the quality of material procurement not only has an important impact on commissioning of EPC project,but also affects project profits and overseas enterprise brand effect.This paper takes Bangladesh Single Point Mooring with Double Pipe Line EPC Project as an example to analyze the quality management of project procurement.Several specific measures for procurement quality control of the EPC project are given,so as to provide reference for other similar projects.
