Experience and Development Prospect of Digital Transformation in Construction Enterprises

信息化浪潮下,建筑业和建筑企业面临数字化升级挑战。在分析大型企业数字化转型趋势的基础上,以中建五局为例,从管理信息化和建造数字化角度分析建筑企业数字化转型实施路径,提出未来大型建筑企业信息化、数字化发展展望,为建筑业数字化转型提供实践参考。

Under the tide of informatization,construction industries and enterprises are faced with the challenge of digital upgrading.Based on the analysis of the trend of digital transformation of large-scale enterprises,taking China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corp as an example,this paper analyzes the implementation path of digital transformation of construction enterprises from the perspective of management informatization and construction digitization,and puts forward the development prospect of informatization and digitization of large-scale construction enterprises in the future,so as to provide practical reference for the digital transformation of construction industry.
