Research on the Partner Selection Strategies of the Whole Process Engineering Consulting Consortium Based on ISM

通过文献分析并结合专家意见总结出全过程工程咨询联合体模式合作伙伴选择的23个影响因素。利用解释结构模型(ISM)方法,划分因素间的层级结构并确定因素间的内在联系,针对分析结果提出合作伙伴选择的策略,为全过程工程咨询联合体模式合作伙伴的选择提供参考。

This paper identifies 23 influencing factors of partner selection in the whole process engineering consulting consortium model through literature analysis and expert interview.After that,divides the hierarchical structure of the factors and determines the internal relations of the factors by using ISM method,and puts forward the strategies of partner selection.Finally,provides reference for the rational selection of the partners of the whole process engineering consulting consortium model.
