摘要
基于大型国际工程项目财务风险的特点,探讨大型国际工程项目财务风险识别和管控方法。以科威特新炼厂工程项目为例,分析科威特新炼厂工程项目财务风险类别,并提出相应的管控措施,以期为同类国际工程项目财务风险管控提供参考。
Based on the characteristics of the financial risks of large-scale international engineering projects,this paper discusses the methods of identifying and controlling the financial risks of large-scale international engineering projects.Taking the Kuwait new refinery project as an example,analyzes the financial risk category of the Kuwait new refinery project,and proposes the corresponding management and control measures,in order to provide reference for the financial risk management and control of similar international engineering projects.
