传统建筑设计类企业数字化转型面临技术革新平稳性与未来市场不确定性的问题,本文从破坏性创新理论视角出发,提出建筑设计类企业数字化转型的主要思路:内生方面包括顶层意识更新与组织架构调整;外生方面包括生态圈营建与市场探索,并结合实践案例具体阐释,希望为同业的数字化转型提供借鉴。

The digital transformation of traditional architectural design enterprises is facing the problems of the stability of technological innovation and the uncertainty of the future market.From the perspective of disruptive innovation theory,this article puts forward the main ideas of digital transformation of architectural design enterprises,that is the endogenous aspects including top-level awareness updates and organizational structure adjustments;the exogenous aspects including ecosystem construction and market exploration.Hopes to provide reference for digital transformation of other architectural design enterprises.
