Study on the Influencing Factors of Prefabreicated Building Resilient Supply Chain

分析装配式建筑供应链"弹性"内涵及表现,从弹性资源、生产与研发、风险管理、供应柔性、信息化管理与协同合作等六个方面,基于扎根理论构建装配式建筑弹性供应链影响因素指标体系;在此基础上确定各影响指标权重,识别出关键因素,希望对提升装配式建筑供应链抗风险性提供帮助。

The paper analyzes the connotation and expressions of the resilient supply chain of prefabreicated building,and from six aspects of flexible resources,production and R & D,risk management,supply flexibility,information management and collaborative cooperation,builds the index system of influencing factors of prefabricated building resilient supply chain based on grounded theory.Then,determines the weight of indicators,identifies the key factor to improve the resilience of the prefabricated building supply chain,hopes to provide reference for improving the risk resistance of prefabricated construction supply chain.
