颜面部外伤在整形修复后瘢痕综合防治的实践体会

Practice research of integrated scar preventions after plastic surgical repair for facial injury patients

目的研究美容整形修复在颜面部急诊外伤的临床效果,探讨术后瘢痕个体化综合防治的实践体会。方法回顾性分析我院2019年1月~2021年6月期间收入的120例颜面部外伤患者研究,根据修复方法不同分为两组均60例,对照组采取常规颜面部修复,研究组实施美容整形修复,术后采用瘢痕综合防治,对照随访两组各项临床指标、创面愈合以及疤痕增生情况。结果研究组创面一期甲级愈合率95.00%,患者满意度较高,均优于对照组;两组术后出血量、创面愈合时间、疼痛评分无明显差异(P>0.05),研究手术时间长于对照组,治疗后3个月、6个月研究组疤痕评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颜面部外伤进行及时的美容整形修复,临床疗效良好,术后结合积极瘢痕综合防治,达到美容的效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical value of plastic surgical repair and individualized integrated scar preventions on treatment of acute facial injury.Methods 120 facial injury patients treated from January 2019 to June 2021 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to different repair methods,patients were divided into control group(n=60,routine repair)and study group(plastic surgical repair and integrated scar preventions).Clinical indicators,wound healing and scar hyperplasia conditions were concluded.Results The one-stage wound healing rate in the study group was 95.00%;the patient’s satisfaction in the study group was higher than control group;the postoperative bleeding volume,wound healing time and pain scores between groups were not significantly different(P﹤0.05);the operation time in the study group was longer than control group;after 3m and 6m of treatment,the scar assessment scores in the study group were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The plastic surgical repair can increase the clinical effectiveness for facial injury patients;meanwhile,the integrated scar preventions can increase the repair effects after surgery.It is worthy of promotion and application.
