摘要
对某300MW锅炉水冷壁结渣样进行了取样分析,发现渣样主要成分为莫来石相,XRF分析主要元素组成为Si,Al,Fe,Ca,渣样是典型的硅铝酸盐,主要是煤灰中的氧化铝和二氧化硅在高温下熔融反应所致。
A 300MW boiler experiences seriously slagging.Some slagging samples were got and characterization analysis were conducted.Results show that the major crystal composition of slagging is mullite.The major elements compositions are Si,Al,Fe,Ca etc.The slagging is typical aluminosilicate which is generated by the high temperature reaction between aluminium oxide and silicon dioxide.
