摘要
随着极地、高寒区管道建设,运行环境条件更为苛刻。应加强高性能油气输送钢管研究及应用。我国高等级管线钢管在制造质量和性能稳定性存在差距,重点解决的问题是极低温度下管道止裂韧性,通过地震/地质灾害易发区管道应变能力,高强度管线钢管可焊接性等。总结国内外X80管线钢管关键技术和应用实践。阐述X90/X100/X120超高强度钢管研究进展。针对进一步提升高等级管线钢管材性能,提出了合理化建议。
With the construction of pipelines in polar and high cold regions,the operation environment is more severe.The research and application of high performance oil and gas pipeline should be strengthened.There is a gap in the manufacturing quality and performance stability of high-grade line pipe in China.The key problems to be solved are the crack arrest toughness of pipeline at extremely low temperature,the strain capacity of pipeline through earthquake geological disaster areas,and the weldability of high-strength line pipe.The key technology and application practice of X80 line pipe at home and abroad are summarized.The research progress of X90/X100/X120 ultra-high strength line pipe is described.In order to improve the performance of high-grade line pipe,reasonable suggestions are put forward.
