摘要
受气候、使用环境、管线内介质等因素影响,天然气管线法兰以及螺栓等配件容易出现过度腐蚀的现象,导致管线工艺安全风险系数较高,不利于管线系统的安全平稳运行。包裹防腐是目前综合防腐效果较高的技术之一,课题研究由此出发,针对天然气管线的法兰、螺栓包裹防腐的实际现状展开探讨,深入分析技术优缺点以及发展空间。
Due to the influence of climate,service environment,medium in the pipeline and other factors,natural gas pipeline flanges,bolts and other accessories are prone to excessive corrosion,resulting in high process safety risk coefficient of the pipeline,which is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of the pipeline system.Wrapping anti-corrosion is one of the technologies with high comprehensive anti-corrosion effect at present.Starting from this,the subject research discusses the actual situation of flange and bolt wrapping anti-corrosion of natural gas pipeline,and deeply analyzes the advantages,disadvantages and development space of the technology.
