摘要
石油储罐是石油集输系统中重要的组成部分,承担着原油以及相关介质储存的重要任务。石油储罐通常体积较大,在运输以及安装中需要采用拆解运输后组装的方式进行。在石油储罐的焊接过程中需要使用多种工艺技术,为了确保石油储罐的安装质量,就需要对焊接作业进行全过程的分析,总结安装风险以及技术难点,并提出相应的处理措施。
Oil storage tank is an important part of oil gathering and transportation system,which undertakes the important task of storing crude oil and related media.Oil storage tanks are usually large in volume and need to be disassembled and assembled after transportation in transportation and installation.In order to ensure the installation quality of oil storage tanks,it is necessary to analyze the whole process of welding operation,summarize the installation risks and technical difficulties,and put forward corresponding treatment measures.
