大港南部油区管线腐蚀因素分析及对策研究

Corrosion Factor Analysis and Countermeasure Study of Pipelines in Dagang Southern Oil Area

通过对管线腐蚀原因分析得出,大港南部油区影响管线腐蚀的因素包括四个方面:Cl离子腐蚀、细菌腐蚀、氧腐蚀、二氧化碳和硫化氢腐蚀。同时通过室内实验对比了不同管材和不同缓蚀剂对腐蚀的影响,推荐使用20#作为管线材料,同时加入DGHS-2缓蚀剂能有有效预防腐蚀。

The complex formation conditions in the southern oil area of Dagang lead area.Based on the analysis of the causes of pipeline corrosion,it is concluded that the factors affecting pipeline corrosion in southern oil area include four aspects:Cl ion corrosion,bacterial corrosion,oxygen corrosion,carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide corrosion.It is recommended to use 20#as the pipeline material and add DGHS-2 corrosion inhibitor to effectively prevent corrosion.
