高职院校践行陶行知生利主义思想的对策和建议

Countermeasures and Suggestions to Carry outTao Xingzhi's Doctrine of Collective Benefit in HigherVocational Colleges

陶行知先生提出的生利主义思想对当今高职教育仍具有重要的现实指导意义。高职教育应把培养学生生利的本领放在第一位。因此,高职院校要进一步端正办学思想,大力培养为企业和社会生利的人才;与企业联合,实施跨界大职业教育;培养和引进有企业实践经验的师资;教学做合一,推进教学改革。

Master Tao Xingzhi proposed the doctrine of collective benefit,which is still of great practical significance to present vocational education.Higher vocational education should put the students'ability of cultivating collective benefit first.Higher vocational colleges should focus on the correct school-running thoughts and train talents who can make benefit for enterprises and the society;cooperate with enterprises to implement cross-border education;cultivate and introduce teachers with practical experiences in enterprises;integrate teaching with learning and practice to promote the teaching reform.
