摘要
面对新冠肺炎疫情防控的常态化,江苏信息职业技术学院全面推进“三教”改革,积极探索线上线下混合式教学的改革途径,在线课程建设初见成效。为了更好地提升在线教学的质量,学校对所有专任和兼职教师开展了在线教学认同度的调查,从在线教学环境、教学实施状况、在线学习状况,以及评价和反馈四个方面分析了对教师在线教学认同度的影响效果。研究表明,在线学习状况和教学实施状况对教师认同度呈中等程度影响,而在线教学环境和评价反馈的影响效果较低。在此基础上提出了提高教师在线教学认同度的对策建议。
In the face of the normalization of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,Jiangsu Vocational College of Information Technology has comprehensively promoted the reforms of"teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods"and actively explored the reform approaches of online and offline blended teaching and the online courses construction has achieved initial results.In order to preferably improve the quality of online teaching,the college conducts a survey on the identification of online teaching of full-time and part-time teachers,and analyzes the impact of teachers'identification of online teaching from four aspects:teaching environment,teaching implementation,online learning status,and teaching evaluation and feedback.The research shows that the status of online learning and teaching implementation has a moderate influence on teacher identification,while online teaching environment and evaluation feedback have a relatively low impact.On this basis,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the online teaching identification of teachers.
