Research on Improving Informatization Ability ofCounselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过阐述高职院校辅导员信息化能力提升的必要性,分析辅导员信息化能力的内涵和要求,认为辅导员信息化能力主要包括信息感知和解读能力、信息融合和掌控能力、信息创造和创新能力三个方面,进而指出高职院校辅导员信息化能力不足的原因,最后提出通过完善顶层设计、提升主体意识、加强队伍建设、注重科研培养四个方面提升高职院校辅导员信息化能力的路径。

By expounding the necessity of improving informatization ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges,it analyzes the connotation and requirements of informatization abilities of counselors.The informatization ability of counselors mainly includes information perception and interpretation capabilities,information fusion and control capabilities,information creation and innovation capabilities,and then points out the reasons for the lack of informatization capabilities of higher vocational colleges'counselors,and finally proposes path of improving the higher vocational colleges counselor's informatization ability by means of improving the top-level design,raising subject consciousness,strengthening team building,and focusing on scientific research and training.
