工业互联网平台情境下制造业企业服务化的适应性机制——基于系统动力学的仿真

The Fitness Mechanism of Servitizing Manufacturing Enterprises in the Industrial Internet Platform——System Dynamics Simulation Study

在新工业革命的推动下,如何利用工业互联网平台促进传统企业顺应数字化趋势、实现服务化转型具有现实紧迫性。研究从复杂适应系统的视角出发,基于技术适应性和演化适应性,构建基于工业互联网平台的制造业企业服务化系统动力学模型,利用Vensim PLE软件进行模拟仿真分析。研究发现:制造业企业通过工业互联网平台基于技术适应性和演化适应性分别实现了基于产品的服务化和基于用户的服务化;工业互联网平台和制造业企业相互作用呈现纵向演化规律,但各演化阶段不是替代关系,而是并存关系,发展过程呈现协同演化规律。研究丰富了工业互联网平台驱动的管理范式和制造业服务化理论,为企业利用工业互联网平台实现服务化转型提供借鉴,为提升供给体系对需求的适配性、畅通国内大循环的实践发展提供有益启示。

Due to the new industrial revolution,it is urgent to use the industrial internet platform to promote traditional enterprises to comply with the digital trend and achieve service-oriented transformation. From the perspective of complex adaptive systems,based on technical adaptability and evolutionary adaptability,this research constructs a dynamic model of the manufacturing enterprise servitization system on the basis of the industrial internet platform,and simulates the technical fitness and evolutionary fitness using Vensim PLE software. The research finds that: Manufacturing enterprises have achieved product-oriented servitization and customer-oriented servitization through industrial internet platforms based on technical fitness and evolutionary fitness respectively;The interaction between industrial internet platforms and manufacturing enterprises has shown a vertical evolution. However,each evolution stage does not substitute the other,but coexist with each other. The development process presents a co-evolution law. This research enriches the management paradigm driven by the industrial internet platform and the theory of servitization in the manufacturing industry,and provides inspiration for enterprises to use the industrial internet platform to achieve service-oriented transformation,and has important practical guidance for improving the adaptability of the supply system to demand and smoothing the practical development of domestic circulation.
