不同提取方法对三七红籽油体外抗氧化活性的影响

摘要 以三七红籽为原料,采用冷榨法、水代法、有机溶剂浸提法提取三七红籽油,比较三种提取方法对三七红籽油抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明:三种提取方法所得三七红籽油都具有一定抗氧化能力,并随着三七红籽油质量浓度的增加,其抗氧化能力呈现增强的趋势。其中水代油清除超氧阴离子(O_(2)^(-))和(DPPH·)自由基的能力高于冷榨油和溶剂油;溶剂油对清除羟自由基(·OH)能力高于水代油和冷榨油。有机溶剂浸提法油得率显著高于冷榨法和水代法。 Red seed oil of panax notoginseng was extracted by cold pressing,aqueous extraction and organic solvent extraction.The effects of three extraction methods on antioxidant activity of red seed oil were compared.The results showed that the red seed oil of panax notoginseng obtained by the three extraction methods had certain antioxidant capacity,and the antioxidant capacity of the red seed oil of panax notoginseng increased with the increase of the mass concentration of the oil.The aqueous extraction oil tosuper oxygen anion(O_(2)^(-))and DPPH free radical(DPPH·)was higher than that of cold-pressed oil and scavenging ability of solvent oil,while the scavenging ability of solvent-extraction oil to hydroxyl free radical(·OH)was higher than that of aqueous-extractionoil and cold-pressed oil.The oil yield of organic solvent extraction method was significantly higher than that of cold pressing method and aqueous extraction.
