大理州二、三级基层医院外来医疗器械集中管理现况调研

Investigation on the Status of Centralized Management of Foreign Medical Devices in Level 2 Primary Hospital of Dali Prefecture

目的:了解大理白族自治州(简称,大理州)基层医院外来医疗器械与植入物的管理现况,为改进和完善消毒供应中心外来医疗器械与植入物的集中管理提供参照。方法:对大理州目前使用外来医疗器械与植入物的19家基层医院的管理现况进行调研。结果:大理州19家基层医院中,有73.68%的医院建立了急用外来医疗器械与植入物的处置流程,68.42%的医院定期对消毒供应中心的工作人员进行外来医疗器械与植入物相关知识的培训。还有26.32%医院未实现外来医疗器械专人专岗负责制,78.95%医院外来器械包存在超大超重现象,31.58%的医院对所有外来器械与植入物实现全部流程信息化质量追溯,还有68.42%医院从未实施信息化质量追溯。其中81.25%二级医院未与器械供应商签订使用协议,62.50%二级医院器械供应商未提供使用说明书。结论:大理州二、三级基层医院对外来医疗器械与植入物的处置和管理还未完全符合WS310-2016《医院消毒供应中心》三个卫生行业标准的要求。应健全相关的管理制度,规范处置流程,加强质量监控,严格落实外来器械与植入物的集中管理,规范外来器械的使用,降低医院的感染,保障医疗的安全。

Objective:To understand the current situation of the management of foreign medical devices and implants in Dali Primary Hospital,and to provide a reference for improving and perfecting the centralized management of foreign medical devices and implants in the disinfection supply center.Methods:The management status of 19 primary hospitals using foreign medical devices and implants in Dali was investigated.Results:Of the 19 primary hospitals in Dali Prefecture,73.68%of the hospitals have established procedures for the disposal of emergency external medical devices and implants,and 68.42%of the hospitals regularly train the staff of disinfection supply centers on the knowledge of external medical devices and implants.There are 26.32%hospitals that have not realized the special post responsibility system of foreign medical devices.78.95%of the hospitals have super overweight phenomenon.31.58%of the hospitals have realized the whole process information quality traceability of all foreign instruments and implants.There are 68.42%hospitals have never implemented information quality traceability.Among them,81.25%of secondary hospitals did not sign a use agreement with the device supplier,and 62.50%of the secondary hospital device suppliers did not provide instructions for use.Conclusion:The disposal and management of foreign medical devices and implants in the second and third level primary hospitals of Dali Prefecture has not fully met the requirements of the three health industry standards of WS310-2016 Hospital Disinfection supply Center.It is necessary to perfect the relevant management system,standardize the disposal process,strengthen the quality control,strictly implement the centralized management of foreign instruments and implants,standardize the use of foreign instruments,reduce hospital infection and ensure the safety of medical treatment.
