呼吸机不同机械通气方法治疗小儿呼吸衰竭的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 小儿呼吸衰竭为临床常见儿科呼吸系统疾病,病情较为危重,为呼吸内科疾病终末期表现,原发疾病涉及病理类别较多,严重危害小儿生命安全,是导致婴幼儿死亡的主要因素。小儿呼吸功能衰竭与肺实质病变、呼吸道阻塞、呼吸肌障碍高度相关,患儿多表现为低氧血症,部分患儿合并高碳酸血症,病情较为危重,对临床治疗时效性要求较高。经临床病理分析显示,小儿呼吸衰竭临床治疗有效性与治疗时机开展具有高度关联性,为争取最佳治疗时机,辅助机械通气手段,以改善通换气功能障碍,稳定人体氧合水平,缓解呼吸衰竭进程,为疾病治疗提供基础帮助。近年随着医疗技术不断完善,机械通气技术更新换代,可用于临床的辅助治疗手段不断增多,探究适配机械通气疗法成为小儿呼吸内科疾病研究重点课题。文章特针对小儿呼吸衰竭不同机械通气方法进行总结分析,旨在为临床治疗提供经验参照。 Respiratory failure in children is a common clinical respiratory disease in pediatrics.It is a serious disease.It is the end-stage manifestation of respiratory diseases.The primary disease involves many pathological categories,which seriously endangers the life and safety of children,and is the main factor leading to infant death.It is highly correlated with respiratory failure in children,and it is highly required to carry out clinical treatment and treatment for respiratory failure in children we should strive for the best treatment opportunity,assist mechanical ventilation,improve ventilation dysfunction,stabilize oxygenation level,alleviate the process of respiratory failure,and provide basic help for disease treatment.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of medical technology and the update of mechanical ventilation technology,there are more and more clinical auxiliary treatment methods.To explore the appropriate mechanical ventilation therapy has become a key research topic in pediatric respiratory medicine.Now,the author of this study summarized and analyzed the different mechanical ventilation methods in children with respiratory failure,in order to provide experience reference for clinical treatment.
